Return Eligibility

- Due to the personalized nature of our products, returns are only accepted in the case of damage, defects, or errors on our part.
- If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

How to Request a Return or Refund

- Email us at Layne@midwestmagnetcompany.com with the subject line 'Return Request'.
- Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item.
- Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item (if applicable).

Refunds

- Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 7 business days of approval, and will only be issued when return eligibility requirements are met.
- A store credit or replacement may be offered as an alternative.

Non-Returnable Items

- Custom orders with no errors or defects.
- Gift cards and digital downloads.
- Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or incorrect personalization information provided by the customer.

Shipping Costs

- If a return is approved due to our error, we will cover the return shipping costs. We will send a shipping label to you via email
- Otherwise, customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
