Processing Time

All orders are handmade and processed within 3–5 business days. During peak times or promotions, processing may take up to 7 business days. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer flat-rate shipping across the continental U.S.:
- Standard Shipping (3–5 business days): $5.00
- Expedited Shipping (1–2 business days): $9.95
- Free Standard Shipping on orders over $50
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues, weather, or high order volume.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available in Hoffman Estates, IL by appointment only. You will receive an email when your order is ready.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates.

International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We hope to expand this option in the future.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Reshipping due to address errors will incur additional charges.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@midwestmagnetcompany.com within 7 days of delivery. We will work with the carrier and you to find a solution.
